How to Use KeepMyTweets

1. Archiving a Public Post

To archive a public post from x.com:

1. Find the public post on x.com that you want to archive.
2. Copy the full URL of the post. It should look something like this: https://x.com/username/status/1234567890123456789
3. Paste the URL into the input field at the top of our homepage.
4. Click the "Archive" button or press Enter.
5. Our system will then access the post, capture its content and any associated images, and store them in our database.

Note: Only public posts can be archived. Private or protected posts are not accessible to our system.

2. Searching for Archived Posts

To find posts you've archived:

1. Use the search bar on our homepage.
2. Enter keywords, usernames, or phrases related to the post you're looking for.
3. Press Enter or click the search icon.
4. Browse through the search results to find the post you're interested in.

3. Viewing Archived Content

When you click on a search result or an archived post:

• You'll see the original text content of the post.
• Any images associated with the post will be displayed.
• The original posting date and the archive date will be shown.
• A link to the original post on x.com will be provided (if still available).

4. Sharing Archived Posts

To share an archived post:

1. Navigate to the archived post you want to share.
2. Click on the "Share" button associated with the post.
3. Copy the provided link.
4. Share this link on other websites, social media platforms, or via email.

Anyone with the link can view the archived content, even if they don't have a KeepMyTweets account.

5. Understanding Public Access

It's important to understand that:

• All content archived on KeepMyTweets is publicly accessible.
• Anyone can search for and view the archived posts.
• We do not provide options for private or restricted archiving.
• Only archive content that you are comfortable being publicly available.

6. Responsible Use

We encourage responsible use of our platform:

• Only archive posts that are already public on x.com.
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights.
• Do not use our service to harass, bully, or spread misinformation.
